What we collect
Name and email address, billing country and payment status (from Stripe), the details you give at registration (the AI tool and computer you use, time zone, optional phone number), and technical data from our website, including Meta Pixel cookies used to measure our ads.
Why
To deliver the workshop and your private page, send you access information and reminders, handle refunds and taxes, and measure and improve our advertising. Legal bases: contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest (ad measurement).
Who processes it
Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), SendGrid (email), Zoom (live session), Vercel (hosting) and Meta (ad measurement). Some processors are outside the EU and use approved safeguards.
How long
Enrollment and payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Registration details are kept for the life of your access and deleted on request unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to ad measurement, by emailing info@digitalnisuperheroj.com. You may complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP) or your local authority.
